Raw Material Inspection

Raw material inspection is a critical quality control process that involves the verification of materials before they are used in production or fabrication. This inspection ensures that all incoming materials meet the required standards, specifications, and client requirements. It typically includes visual examination, dimensional checks, chemical and mechanical testing, and review of material certificates. By identifying any non-conformities at an early stage, raw material inspection helps maintain product integrity, ensures compliance with industry codes such as ASME, ASTM, and ISO, and reduces the risk of costly delays or failures during manufacturing.

Destructive Testing / Mechanical Testing (Witness & Verification)

We offer comprehensive witness and verification services for Destructive and Mechanical Testing to ensure material compliance with applicable codes and client specifications. Our experienced inspectors witness tests such as Tensile, Bend, Impact (Charpy), Hardness, and Metallographic Examinations, conducted at NABL or equivalent accredited laboratories. We verify that testing procedures, equipment calibration, and sample preparation conform to relevant standards like ASME, ASTM, ISO, and client-specific requirements. Test results are thoroughly reviewed to ensure accuracy and traceability, supporting the integrity and reliability of the materials used in critical applications.

Inward Material Inspection

Inward Material Inspection is a vital quality control step carried out upon receipt of materials at the facility or site. Our inspection team ensures that all incoming materials conform to the approved specifications, purchase orders, and relevant standards. The process includes visual checks for damage or defects, dimensional verification, quantity confirmation, and review of material test certificates (MTCs), heat numbers, and identification markings. Any non-conformities are immediately reported and coordinated with the client for resolution. This proactive approach helps maintain material traceability, prevents the use of substandard inputs, and ensures smooth workflow in the production or installation process.

Fabrication Components Inspection

Fabrication Components Inspection is carried out to ensure that all fabricated items meet design specifications, quality standards,         and applicable codes before dispatch or installation. Our inspection services include verification of raw materials, dimensional checks, weld joint preparation, fit-up inspection, and ongoing monitoring during fabrication. Post-fabrication, we perform final visual and dimensional inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and review of documentation such as WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications. By closely monitoring each stage of fabrication, we help ensure the components are structurally sound, code-compliant, and ready for service in critical applications across industries

Machining Components Stage Inspection

Machining Components Stage Inspection is carried out at critical stages during the machining process to ensure compliance with dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and surface finish as per the approved drawings and specifications. Our inspectors perform              in-process checks such as rough machining, semi-finish, and finish stage inspections using calibrated measuring instruments like micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, and thread gauges. Each stage is monitored to detect deviations early, reduce rework, and maintain process control. All findings are documented, and non-conformities are addressed in coordination with the client, ensuring the final product meets quality and functional requirements

Assembly Inspection

Assembly Inspection ensures that all components and subassemblies are correctly fitted, aligned, and functionally integrated as per the approved assembly drawings and specifications. Our inspection process includes verification of part orientation, fastener torque values, clearances, alignment, and proper installation of critical components. We also check for completeness, cleanliness, and proper marking or labeling where required. Functional tests, where applicable, are witnessed to confirm performance and safety compliance. By conducting thorough inspections at the assembly stage, we help ensure reliability, minimize operational issues, and deliver quality-built assemblies ready for final dispatch or installation

Testing Inspection

Testing Inspection involves the witnessing, monitoring, and verification of various tests conducted on materials, components, and systems to ensure they meet specified performance, safety, and quality requirements. Our services cover a wide range of tests including Hydrostatic, Pneumatic, Functional, Leak, Load, and Performance Testing, depending on the product or system type. We ensure all tests are carried out using calibrated equipment, proper procedures, and in accordance with applicable codes and client specifications. Detailed documentation and test reports are reviewed and validated to ensure traceability and compliance. Through reliable testing inspection, we help verify the integrity and operational readiness of the product before commissioning or delivery

Blasting & Painting Inspection

Blasting & Painting Inspection ensures that surface preparation and coating applications are carried out in accordance with project specifications, industry standards (such as SSPC, NACE, or ISO), and client requirements. Our inspection services include monitoring of surface cleanliness, profile measurements, ambient condition checks, paint mixing and application procedures, wet and dry film thickness (DFT) measurements, adhesion testing, and curing validation. We also verify that the materials used are approved and that all procedures follow the coating specification. Detailed inspection reports are provided to ensure full traceability and quality assurance, helping to protect equipment from corrosion and extend its service life

Packing & Dispatch Inspection

Packing & Dispatch Inspection ensures that finished products are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for safe transportation in accordance with client requirements and international shipping standards. Our inspection includes verification of packing materials, protection methods (e.g., wrapping, cushioning, rust prevention), marking and labeling accuracy, and compliance with packing lists and dispatch documents. We also check for proper handling, container loading (if applicable), and securing of goods to prevent damage during transit. This final quality checkpoint guarantees that products are delivered in optimal condition, maintaining integrity and traceability from supplier to end-user

Process Audits As Per Drawings & Documents (Pfd, Control Plan, Qap)

We conduct detailed Process Audits to ensure that manufacturing and inspection activities are performed in accordance with approved drawings, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Control Plans, and Quality Assurance Plans (QAP). Our audit process involves verifying the sequence of operations, adherence to process parameters, use of approved tools and equipment, and compliance with in-process inspection and quality checks. We also ensure that documentation, traceability, and operator qualifications align with project requirements. These audits help identify gaps, improve process consistency, and ensure the final product meets technical and quality expectations as per client and industry standards.
